Toy Soldier Ranger Green 100rd Ammo Pouch

… I don’t even know what words to start with. I’m just so happy I managed to score one after staring at the all EI (RG) ones I didn’t win on Ebay (I wrote a little bit about this earlier).

I’m very satisfied with my purchase of the Toy Soldier Ranger Green 100rd Ammo Pouch. Quality of the workmanship is very nice, though the material isn’t bang on with what I’ve been seeing in the EI pouches I own. I ordered this pouch direct from Toy Soldier/Tactical Workshop for $45 USD + ship.

More photos after the break.

The Toy Soldier pouch  lines up perfectly with Flyye webbing. Same fit as the Eagle pouches I own.

The shape of the EI (OD) and TS (RG) 100rd Ammo Pouches looks the same to me – I’m very happy with this. As you can see here, the colour of the velcro used on the EI (OD) and TS (RG) 100rd pouches is different. Mind you, the EI is an OD pouch, but you would still expect the TS velcro to somewhat match the RG colour of the pouch.

The material on the TS 100rd Ammo Pouch is much softer to the touch and thinner than that found on the EI pouch – note the difference in the texture that the camera captures.

Just in case you were wondering… yes, the EI pouches are legit Eagle OD and RG (respectively) – click the image to zoom in and verify the labels if you must.
